2. How to Create an Alert
Open Your Chart
Make sure the Traders Compound Indicator is applied.Verify Settings
Confirm you are using the correct template, timeframe, and chart.-
Adjust Indicator Settings
Open the software Settings → Properties.
Uncheck “On Every Tick” and save.

Create an Alert
Right-click on the chart and select Add Alert.
In the Condition drop-down, select the Traders Compound Indicator.
Choose the specific signal or condition (e.g., “alert() function calls only” for script-based alerts).

Customize Alert
Set the Expiration Time and Alert Name.
Under Notifications, choose how you want to be notified (App, SMS, Email, Webhook).

3. Managing Alerts
All your active alerts can be found in the Alerts Manager (clock icon on the right panel).
You can pause, edit, or delete alerts at any time.
TradingView will also show you alert history so you can track past triggers.

Q: Do I need a paid TradingView plan to use alerts?
A: Yes, Free accounts allow only one active basic alert. Paid plans let you create multiple customizable alerts.
Q: Can I set alerts on multiple pairs at once?
A: Yes, but you’ll need a TradingView Essentials or higher subscription for multiple active alerts.
Q: Why am I not receiving TradingView alerts on my phone?
Check TradingView App Settings – Make sure notifications are enabled and sound/vibration is turned on.
Check Phone Notification Settings – Confirm system-level permissions for the TradingView app (not muted or set to silent).
Re-Sync Alerts – Log out and back into the app, or reinstall it to refresh the connection.
