Steps to Fix Connection Issues

Check Your Discord Accounts
If you have multiple Discord accounts, log out and back in with the correct one.

Reconnect Through Your Account Portal
Sign in to Whop and click your profile.
Click on Connected Accounts.
Select Discord under Add New Account.
Authorize the Whop Bot.
Return to your product page, click the Discord app, and claim access.

Confirm Permissions
Ensure you’ve allowed the required permissions when authorizing Discord.
If denied, disconnect and try reconnecting again.

Refresh and Rejoin
Once connected, refresh your browser and open Discord.
You should automatically be added to the correct server with your role assigned.

Still Not Connected?
Log out of both Discord and your membership portal, then repeat the connection steps.
